Looking back at our past accomplishments as a company, I take great pride in saying that we have pursued a range of ambitions and achieved them successfully. We have built a diverse community of employees and maintained a fair and inclusive environment that values everyone’s unique perspective through constructive dialogues. With this letter, I would like to introduce our company’s next mission – The DE&I Journey – to my team and fellow professionals.
As the CEO of Demanza Technologies, I have engaged in discussions with our Board team to assess our company’s current status in terms of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I). Diversity involves engaging individuals from different social, ethnic, racial, gender, and sexual orientation backgrounds. Equity refers to the practice of providing fair and impartial treatment to all individuals, regardless of their circumstances. Lastly, Inclusion is about ensuring equal access to opportunities and resources for everyone within our company, including those who may be part of a marginalized or underrepresented group.

After our team engaged in this discussion, I was delighted with the positive response we received. Over the years, we have made concerted efforts to foster a healthy work culture that benefits all of our employees, and our sustained growth serves as a testament to that. Moving forward, we are committed to further promoting the DE&I approach and building an even brighter future for our company – a future that revolves around our employees.
To this end, we are developing specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals for our DEI initiatives. We are also implementing a range of activities, including monthly training and outreach programs, changes to our recruitment process, penalties for discriminatory behavior, mental health assistance, performance evaluations, incentives, pay raises, and promotions.
To gauge the effectiveness of our DEI initiatives, we will track employee retention rates, our company’s productivity levels, as well as employee morale and turnover rates.

Undoubtedly, this initiative presents its fair share of challenges. Achieving inclusivity and success requires time, resources, effort, and a strong commitment to preserving this ethos. Nonetheless, I have complete faith that we will ultimately succeed as we work together towards this common goal.
